EGP_COMP_SEQ_ID_NOT_EXIST and component is already in the structure with find number 1. (EGP-277627)

While updating Item structure with automated process through OIC, we are receiving this error while processing load interface file and Item import process. But same file when process manually then there is no issue and system process file successfully. No relevant documents are available to resolve this error.
