Oracle HCM Cloud Redwood - Document of Records Submit Button Not Working

Summary:

Hi everyone,

I'm testing to add a Salary Advance request in the Document of Records section of Oracle HCM Cloud (Redwood UI). I've filled in all the required fields and clicked the Submit button, but nothing happens. The page does not show any error messages, nor does it indicate that the submission is in progress—it just remains the same.

I checked the browser's Developer Console and found the following error:
📌 [VB (ERROR), /doj: internal error, parse tree should only contain the root node]

I have already tried:
✔ Clearing browser cache and reloading the page
✔ Using a different browser
