Project Adjustment Costs Error Exception Details

Summary:

I wanted to build a report which illustrates all the error-ed Cost Transactions ( Expenditure Item Costs ).

In Costs dashboard, I have 1800+ error-ed transactions under "Adjustment". I wanted to query them in database. Please someone tell me the table names that I have to refer in-order-to pull the adjsutment exception transactions.
