Can allocation mode be performed on % Percentage level ?

Summary:

We got one requirement from our Client's for which we would love to know your advise.

So our clients have came with a plan they are trying to allocate in percentage level.
For Eg- 
We have a order for one item 20qty
We got that item in our inventory with 3 different expiry date we gonna allocate these in below way
First expiry item should allocate 15% of ordered item.
Mid Expiry item should allocate 35% of ordered item.
Far Expiry item should allocate 50% of ordered item.

Can you let us know is there any way we can target this percentage allocation mode?
