Project PO's with inventory destination, want to avod immediate booking CIP costs in oracle projects

Summary:

Hi Experts,

When we create a PO with destination type as Inventory and enter Project Details in the project costing flexfields (distribution line). System books actual costs into project as soon as goods are received and the inventory cost is available for CIP booking immediately. This is incorrect; the CIP costs must be booked in projects only when goods are issued from inventory for project as miscellaneous transactions.

Is their any setup, or work around we can use and restrict this transactions to get immediately book as CIP costs. Please advise.
