Modifying the contract workflow to Send for signature through DocuSign before the approval process

Summary:

In Oracle Fusion, the default contract status flow follows the order,

Current behavior:

Draft > Pending Approval > Pending Signature > Sent for Signature > Active

Expected behavior:

Draft > Pending signature > Sent for signature > Pending approval > Active

We are looking to adjust this flow so that contracts can be sent for signature before the approval process. Any advice on customizing the contract status flow to achieve this would be helpful!
