Users are receiving notification of expired contracts

Summary:

We have activated the contract expiration notification setup.

However, buyers are receiving notifications for contracts that have already expired.

How can I prevent this? Buyers want to receive expiration notifications only for active contracts.

In this example the contract expired in 2022.
