Summary: Is there any place that I can see all the notification that supplier can receive by module

Example:

Supplier Registration:

a) when supplier registration was approved or reject

Purchasing:

b) When a Purchase Order was approved

c) When a Purchase Order was cancel

Supplier Portal

d) Supplier Profile change request was approved/Rejected

e) Purchase Order change request was approved/Rejected

F) BPA Change request was approved/Rejected
