Custom role to access "Goods Received Not Invoiced" standard fusion report

Hi Team,

We are trying to provide access to user to "Goods Received Not Invoiced" standard report using a custom role.

What are the privileges required to give access to this role?

We cannot give BI Admin or BI Consumer access to the end user, nor can we provide cost accountant access. Please help suggest the right privilege for a custom role.
