Personalizing Activity Center Questions

Hello,
I watched the Customer Connect event on My Activity Center and how we can personalize it for employees. I have a few questions I need help with:
- When adding
App Tiles, I’d like to includeCareerandPerformance, but it seems they need to be VBS pages. Is that correct? If so, can we create custom App tiles? - Can we customize what appears under the
Quick Actionslist? I tried making changes usingStructure, but they aren’t reflected. For example, my organization doesn’t useCelebrate, so I removed access in Structure, yet it still appears in
