Summary:

Upon submitting Award & contract for approval, the following error message is received:

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.AttrValException, msg=JBO-27014: Attribute BillTypeClassCode in BillPlanEO is required.

The problem is there is no input field for Bill Type Class Code so I have no idea where this is to be addressed
