Unable to add verbiage in Responsive Supplier Registration customizations.

Summary:

In the classic Supplier Registration Page i.e. the current set up we had the customizations in place as per the user requirement. However, in Responsive Supplier Registration we aren't able to set up the same customizations. We can not add the required verbiage to the fields. We are requesting some direction in creating these customizations in the Responsive UI.
