OIC Gen 3 upgrade page - strange VBCS messages

I've created an SR, but curious if anyone else upgrading from Gen 2 to Gen 3 is seeing this. It wasn't happening last week. I clicked "Check again" this morning, but it hasn't updated all day. Clicking the button again just tells me a request to check has already been submitted.

In OIC Gen 2, the Gen 3 upgrade page eligibility checker is displaying an error that "This instance uses VBCS, a feature that is not yet upgradable to Oracle Integration 3 yet." It says the owner is Oracle. Then instead of the normal checklist items it lists VBCS repeatedly.
