Work Schedule Assignment, if it is possible to bring the most recent schedule at the top

HI,

We have a requirement that employee is assigned to different workschedules, now those are coming on the sequence and the latest one is moving to the last. HR has to scroll down and check the latest work schedule against the employee.

Is there any way where we can set the Ascending order against employee work schedules. I can see the options as Ascending and Decending but those are not enabled.
