Notification do have the absence reason and condition start date

Summary:

Dear Team,

We have created absence type with pattern as illness/injury where we keep reason as disable and disable the feature called condition start date. However, as client do not fill this this information at the time of leave apply, they do not want to see this information at the time of notification triggered.

Kindly suggest.
