How to segmented environment Health & Safety module by Legal employer

The customer requeste segment the EHS module by Legal Employeer. So I tried first modify the role "Environment, Health and Safety Manager" but this role don't have Data Security Policies. And I search on the documentation and don't found any information related to this request.
Any updates or enhancements on this?
