Asking this question on behalf of a customer that is based in Canada and runs both PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM Cloud. They use Oracle HCM Cloud for talent management and have a basic integration to send job related data from PS to Oracle Cloud-Core HR on a nightly basis as they have implemented the performance management module, learning and a subset of succession planning and are now looking at Recruiting.
