Query to get Goal Approval Status

Hello,

For our report, we already have performance goals being listed in each row for every person. For each goals, we would require their approval status. However, when we use APPROVAL_STATUS_CODE from the table HRG_GOALS, it is empty. How do we obtain the approval status for each performance goals?
