Unable to refresh SmartView reports post creation of accounts with member formuals for QTD view

In FCCS Account dimension we have created around 45 accounts having member formulas. Post creation of these accounts, Admin/users are unable to refresh FCCS_QTD numbers in the using SmartView HSGetValue file. Refresh will take hours of time, but will provide any values. Before creation of the above accounts SmartView file used to get refreshed within 10 minutes.
