How to bulk load terminating reason of persons which were already terminated?

When terminating a person, we can give the terminating reason in 'Why are you terminating?' field in Oracle fusion application. I have lots of terminated persons with no terminating reason detail in the system. I would like to bulk load that value using HDL or HSDL for each person. How can we achieve it? Any input on it is much appreciated.
