Can we give end date directly to a fixed asset

we have assets with a category as Lease Hold Improvements.

Currently the end date is calculated based on year and months for that category. But the requirement is that

Let's say, we have an leased asset with start date as 10th Jan 2025 and end date as 5th May 2026.

So in this case, if we give the life as 1 year 4 months, the end date would be 10th May 2026 or if we give 1 year 3 months, the end date would be 10th Apr 2026

so, is there a possibility of giving the end date directly as 5th May 2026, as we don't have the feasibility of adding the days
