Why doesn't the "Upfront Tax" section appear in the Expense Payment Template in Lease Accounting?

Why doesn't the "Upfront Tax" section appear in the Expense Payment Template in Lease Accounting?
I have enabled the "Consumption Tax Management for Expense Lease" in the pre-paid lease accounting function opt-in.
Also, the Business Unit has already been entered in the Expense Payment Template. (We have previously observed that if the Business Unit is not entered, the "Upfront Tax" section does not appear.)

Please let me know if anyone knows anything about this.
