Can we create misc cost but not include it in cost of the project?

Summary:

Can we create misc. cost but not include it in overall cost of the project?

Works like shadow miscellenous costs- transaction can be seen in Manage project costs and reports but when we see total raw cost against the project, the amount of such transactions will not be taken in picture.

If there is any such functionality in oracle, please let us know.
