Data extract fast formula issue

We have a data extract that has been running for several years without issue, and we have recently implemented ORC and now we are having issues with the data extract. There was a fast formula filter on the assignment data being pulled in the change extract, and since we went live with ORC we are having it not pull back the assignment data in the row. If we remove this filter, we get the results, but we also get multiple rows per individual which is also not correct. I believe this is occurring because the system is
