Is there an ability from the Receipt Hold notification to receive specific quantities or amounts?

Summary:

In an attempt to configure the actionable receipt hold notifications, it was found the only option is to receive in full or receive up to matched invoice amount. Looking for the ability for a user to create a receipt for a quantity or amount within the line amount or quantity rather than receiving in full or invoiced amount if there is a dispute.
