Add Fields to Partner Relationship tab

There are two requirements:

a) How do we add new fields to below Hierarchy View ? Customer would like to see OOTB fields such as Status and Some additional Custom field?

b) How do we add new fields to this Hierarchy View Box? Customer would like to see OOTB fields such as Status and Some additional Custom field on the Boxes
