Notification sequence of Alerts
Summary:
I have alerts enabled for Learning module like,
- New assignment creation
- Pending assignment reminder
- Completion confirmation
All are set to trigger in every 1 hour.
If 3 initiatives are created, the emails of new assignment creation went out first for the initiative created at the last. So here we experience FILO scenario. Is this correct?
In what logic does Oracle sequence the notifications/alerts to go out? Is it based on the creation date as FIFO or FILO for that last hour?
