Uploading anonymous learning ratings

Summary:

We have a number of ratings/feedback comments that were taken using Microsoft forms. We would like to upload these to our courses anonymously. In one of the recent upgrades there is the ability to hide learning names for ratings (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/hcm/24d/lear-24d/24D-learning-wn-f35730.htm#Steps-to-Enable) , so was hoping we could upload the comments from our other forms.
