System creating Receipt Deliveries for receipts created through Self Service Receiving.

Summary:

After creating a Receipt through Self Service Receiving for an Order (where Receipt Routing is Direct), system is creating 'pending' Receipt delivery - which should not be created for a Direct Delivery item. Please help.

As per our understanding of Self Service Receiving, the users who record the receipts are usually the requesters. So for Direct delivery receipt routing, if a receipt is recorded, there should not be any pending steps i.e. pending Receipt Delivery.

After 24B, we have a checkbox under Receiving Parameters which says "Auto create deliveries for expense destination receipts". This allows tracking of "Receipt Deliveries" in the redwood UI. Whenever a expense receipt is created, a delivery gets created in Open status. This Delivery then needs to be closed through the "Deliver Goods" page under Mobile Inventory.
