Difference of results with similar tables in the same Sourcing Rules

Hello,

We have consulted a Sourcing Rules in two different tables: MSC_SOURCING_RULES and MSC_SR_RECEIPT_ORG. For the same Sourcing Rule, in the table MSC_SOURCING_RULES the field DELETED_FLAG with value ‘2’. However, when we consult the MSC_SR_RECEIPT_ORG table, this DELETED_FLAG appears completely empty.

Why does different information appear for the same rule? This rule is visibly active in Manage Sourcing Rules. Why in the table MSC_SOURCING_RULES could it appear as deleted?
