Attaching a Document to the "register-supplier-verification" Page via Visual Builder

Hello Everyone,

We have customized the supplier registration pages using Oracle Visual Builder, and I am currently focused on the "register-supplier-verification" page. Our goal is to provide suppliers with the ability to download a user manual when they click on the download icon on this page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
