Can we use OIC B2B features and AS2 adapter with OIC3 Standard Edition

Our client has OIC4SaaS - Standard Edition and have to build EDI Integrations with X12 810 documents.


Could you please confirm if we can use B2B features in OIC like B2B Translate etc(standalone mode) using OIC3 Standard Edition.

or Do we need to upgrade to Enterprise Edition to use the B2B features. ?
