Unable to Update/Create Location Legislation Info through Rest API

I am trying to create/update the location legislation info fields - Multiple Worksite (Trade Name, Work Description, Unit number and Include in Reporting) through REST API. However I am either getting the error messages in postman as "The attribute is invalid in the payload" in case of create (Post) of " Invalid operation Update is not allowed in the specified resource" in case of update (Patch operation). Need guidance if the APIs are correct or not or any other configuration is missing.
