AI Agent in Guided journey > Preview searches indefinitely and returns no response

Dear Experts,

In our client env - Dev pod, tried to setup guided journey with AI agent.

However when we activated the guided journey and checked in Preview, the AI agent is not working. It keeps running in the chat window without giving any response to the user query/prompt. (ref screenshot).

Attempted use-case is for Procurement Policy Advisor.

All necessary profiles, privileges and setups have been configured following the Oracle documentation of 24D - AI Agent for HCM/SCM.

Note - We were able to follow the same setups and make it work in Oracle partner demo instance (vision) but not in client
