Learner in Pending Prerequisite status, but Prerequsites are not enabled
Summary:
We are experiencing something unexpected in PROD that seems to relate to Learning Outcomes and Prerequisites. Specifically, a learner’s profile reflects an assignment with a “Pending Prerequisite”. We have been doing some testing in our DEV environment, but have not implemented the learning outcome and prerequisite functionality in the PROD environment.
Do you know why this could be occurring? It's even more strange because this is the only person in this status, in all of the system.
