Where can I select a default country of origin for an item in Oracle Fusion Cloud?

I have enabled the "Country of Origin" tracking in my organization and would like to define a default country of origin by item. However, I am unsure where this setting can be applied. Can you confirm if this is possible, and if so, provide the steps to configure it?
