user defined report from screen set

Summary:

In previous OTM implementations I was able to run a custom report using a shipment action from Shipment screen set using the action reports/user defined report.

I had configured the Select Via UI option in the report configuration

Also I was looking into bulk reporting trying to understand what is missing since my custom report never is displayed in the drop-down menu.

Has anything change in last releases for this feature?
