NSLDS FAH Header Record Date

I wanted to give a heads-up on an issue Michigan State University is currently experiencing with our FAH history files from NSLDS. We are receiving files, but the date in the header record (position 65-72) is an older date than expected. We're seeing 12/2/2024 on many files even though these history records were requested in 2025.

The issue for SFP schools is that SFP won't update the NSLDS record on the NSLDS or Packaging screens if the file received looks older than what is already loaded. So if the student has a file already loaded with a received date of 1/1/25 and you are also getting a file dated 12/2/24, you won't see an update in SFP though you can see the file was received in Student History. If nothing is loaded or perhaps the student has an older file loaded, you should still see updates. I have confirmed that the data within the file is
