Approval Errors for Resignation

Hi Experts!

We have encountered an issue with Resignation approval workflow. The rule is configured in such a way that, when resignation is submitted by the employee it would trigger an approval to his/her LIN_MANAGER first, followed by HR_REP. Here, the rule didn't triggered to the LINE_MANAGER. In fact, it went directly for HR_REPs. We tried replicating the same scenario for same employee in lower instances as well where it was working fine. Resignation is submitted as of 04/05/25 . We have verified that the LINE_MANAGER is active as well.

One thing which we found is that, for the workflow with issue - Approval didn't triggered for LM when viewed from Transaction Console. But when we go to TEST RULES of Resignation approvals, it is showing that the rule triggered to the LM. See the below screenshot.
