Two different commitments for a lane

Summary:

We have configured a commitment allocation for a particular lane, for 3 different service providers. This commitment is monthly, but one of the service providers, cannot do more than one shipment for this lane a day.

When we try to configure the new commitment for this service provider but daily, we receive this error: 'Commitment Allocation Overlaps with another Allocation'

Is there any way of having the two conditions at the same time? We want a % for the service provider monthly, and also that OTM do not assign more than one shipment a day for this service provider. All with the same lane.
