    Error loading Visual Studio page

    Good morning experts

    I have a problem like one of my PODs when I log in and go to navigation >> settings >> visual builder I get the following error page

    Could someone help me, there was an SR, they told me that if it was assigned to the visual, they gave me a route but it still doesn't load I get the same error.

    Note my other environments if they enter without any problem this is the only POD that cannot be entered

    Any expert who can give me a solution or what steps to follow?
