How to enable Content Types in global workforce scheduling setup options in oracle fusion HCM

Summary:

I was getting an error while load Workload Plan in HCM if I provide "OtherQualificationType" and "OtherQualification" field values in the file. Getting an error message such as

"The Licenses and Certifications content type isn't enabled in the global workforce scheduling setup options. Either enable it or remove items with this content type."

OR
"The Languages content type isn't enabled in the global workforce scheduling setup options. Either enable it or remove items with this content type."

Can someone help to enable this feature in Global Workforce scheduling setup.
