Is it possible to backup an EPM environment to OCI buckets without EPM Automate?

Summary:

Currently we are using AWS Workspace to store our daily backups of all our 7 EPM environments via EPM Automate. I saw that you could also use OCI Buckets from Oracle. Is there a way to backup the applications into OCI without the use of EPM Automate (on a FTP server)?
