Delay in Loading the Data in the Template for TERMINATION transaction Notifications
Hello Team,
We have been noticing that there is a Delay in loading some of the Fields in TERMINATION notification. Below are the details.
Transaction : TERMINATION
Report : TerminationReport
Template : TerminationReportR11.rtf
Notifications : EMAIL & BELL
We have customized this report Template to add few more fields.
Once we submit the TERM transaction, Action Required & FYI notifications trigger to respective persons.
Let's say, if we are checking FYI BELL notification for one person right after the transaction submission, then we are not able to see ALL fields with in the BELL notification, some of the fields are missing.
After waiting for some time, if we again re-open for the same person, then we are able to see ALL fields with in the BELL nonfiction, meaning we have a second chance here.
