Is it possible to update Sales Orders Scheduled Ship Date via Supply Planning if the order is late?

Hi,

Is it possible to update the scheduled ship date of sales orders through Supply Planning if the order is going to be late/delayed (without implementing Backlog Management)? i.e. Update Sales Order date in Supply Planning based on material availability date, release updated date as planning recommendation to OM/GOP.

If the supply plan is in constrained supply plan mode with enforce capacity constraints enabled does this allow you to do this via releasing planning recommendations into OM/GOP? i.e. Are there relevant actionable planning exceptions for this such as Reschedule Out Orders (where order type = Sales Orders)?
