Quantity Consolidation

Hello,

I need to consolidate quantity of product, i.e. tons of products.
I understand that the amount of tons should be in “No currency” in the “Currency” dimension, however I see that the values do not consolidate.
If I store the quantities in “Entity Currency” currency conversion rules apply.

What is the best alternative?,
