Ability to specify "Country of birth" in a candidate during requisition process
Description
When you hire a new employee/contingent worker using the classic UI, there is not the possibility to specify the "Country of Birth" (or Region, Town of birth)
If you are not using the responsive UI for this process, the HR specialist has to submit the new hire process without these fields and has to add these information in the person management after the hire.
We suggets this field could be added in the "Sensitive Personal Information" section of the candidate.
Use Case and Business NeedFor Argentina is very important to specify this field during the hire process because the town of birth is a basic field for the fiscal code (a type of national identifier) validation. Without this information the fiscal code validation is not consistent.
