Redwood - How to Default Termination Action through Visual Builder?

edited Feb 7, 2025 8:31PM in Human Capital Management 1 comment

Summary:

I am attempting to default the Termination Action for Line Managers on the Terminate Employment page through VBS.

I have entered the Action name as a value on the #TerminationActionId, however, when I preview my changes we are receiving an error (Error response during RestAction).

If I enter an expression such as [[ $fields.employmentAssignments.whenAndWhy.TerminationActionCode.$value(RESIGNATION) ]] and preview my change I do not see the correct action displayed.

Does anyone know what expression we should be using to auto-default the action or what value its looking for? I have tried both Action Code and Action Name.
