How to write multiple conditions to show a Guided Journey on Redwood page

We are trying to write multiple conditions to show a Guided Journey on Redwood Performance evaluation page e.g. if it's employee evaluation page then show Employee Guided Journey, if it's line manager evaluation page then show Line Manager Guided Journey.
