How to create and delete reservations of Movement Request?

Is it possible to create a movement order reservation?
Because when I create a new one, its reservation does not appear and the ones that appear are in pre-approved status and are already picked on the reservation screen

We need to know if movement request reservations can be generated
Is it possible to cancel these reservations? What status should they be in to be able to be deleted?
